Birded from White Lake to Mahoney Lake. Picked up garbage at parking pullouts.

Did first waterfowl survey and picked up garbage.

Did second waterfowl survey.

Did third waterfowl survey.

15:30-16:20, 23°C., overcast, light breeze.

Saw bear scat in north parking lot.

Picked up garbage at all pullouts.

Three vehicles at east pullout belonged to large party heading up the lake to party. I explained purpose of ER, that it was not a recreational area; they disregarded me. I reported licence numbers to Sara Bunge.

South and SouthWest location pins need replacing.

Birds: PYNU, MOCH, RBNU, RUDU, AMCO, MALL, SPTO.

Plant in bloom: Aster ericoides ssp. pansus.
